The Junior Suite had an awesome balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The minibar was stocked, and the room was nice with a flat-screen TV and cable channels. Loved the large, clean adult pool with a swim-up bar and jacuzzi facilities. Breakfast was abundant with fruit and eggs. The staff were friendly and really made us feel welcome!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay with our children. The warm pools kept them entertained, and the staff, especially Wilfredo at the pool, made our visit even more enjoyable. Don't miss out on the basic yet decent restaurant options—perfect for quick meals after swimming!

The spacious junior suite offered a fantastic view of the sea, making stays enjoyable for families. The abundant and varied breakfast selection was a highlight, and the pools provided a fantastic atmosphere with plenty of space for all guests. Service at the restaurant, however, varied significantly, with some staff displaying disinterest and instances of forgotten items during dining. While beach access was convenient, water quality issues detracted from overall enjoyment. Overall, the experience was pleasant but marred by inconsistent service.

Restaurant misled me about gluten-free food.

During my recent stay, I found the Ghl Relax Hotel Costa Azul to have clean and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and quality linens. The hotel features excellent amenities including two large pools that were well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant offered high-quality food at reasonable prices, enhancing my overall experience.

The beach is disappointing and reportedly polluted!!! The distance from local attractions makes it inconvenient to explore!!! I experienced odd service and unexpected charges that felt misleading!!!

we celebrated my wife's birthday here and it was amazing. the staff surprised us with a birthday cake, which made her day extra special. the ocean views from our junior suite were breathtaking, and the pools were a relaxing spot to unwind.

beach quality was disappointing

we recently spent 6 nights at ghl relax hotel costa azul. the beach is one of the best around, surrounded by beautiful nature with mountains, vegetation, and even iguanas. our junior suite had an amazing view. the pool was super comfy, and it never felt crowded. we really appreciated how the jacuzzi time was organized. The food was tasty with abundant breakfasts. they were also great with accommodations for our elderly family member.
